Residential

Our Residential Division handles projects ranging from single basement excavations to full multifamily site development. We specialize in Earthworks, Underground, and Road Construction for residential subdivisions, including site stripping, grading, and balancing, offsite servicing, installation of new deep utilities, deep services, lot grading, and basement excavation, also stabilization, base work, concrete, and asphalt. We self perform most scopes, so we have more control over project schedule than most contractors.

Commercial

Our Commercial Division works on projects including: new schools, large buildings, parking areas, warehouses, shopping centres, and other commercial developments. We provide reliable and efficient civil services to support projects of all sizes.

Our services include grading, drainage installation, trucking, snow removal, demolition, and development. With experienced operators and modern equipment, we are committed to completing every project safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Municipal

Our Industrial Division partners with large energy clients to deliver specialized earthworks and site services for industrial facilities. We perform a wide range of work — including tank cell grading, tank foundation material placement, pond excavation, and erosion-protection installation — while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

We leverage GPS-guided equipment across many of our machines to increase accuracy, improve productivity, and reduce rework. Our experienced crews understand the unique demands of industrial sites and coordinate closely with clients and engineers to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Industrial

At Blackline Civil, We have crews experienced in Municipal works, including removal and replacement of surface and roadway structure, removal and replacement of utilities and services, LIDs, manhole repair and replacement, Watermain replacement, Temporary water supply to homes and businesses, grading, localized beautification, path and culvert construction, and more. Our crews are trained and experienced in various types of shoring to minimize timelines and impact to the public.

Detail Excavation

Our team delivers precise excavation services including grade beams, slab preparation, and basement excavation. We also manage demolition and removal of existing structures, along with mechanical trenches, service risers, and other specialized requirements.

Road Construction

BlackLine Civil performs subgrade preparation, cement stabilization, fine grading, and road base placement and compaction in-house. We are also specialists in detail excavation for curbs, gutters, and other roadway infrastructure components.

Bridge Culverts

We are experienced in the removal and replacement of bridge culverts, including multiplate systems. Our crews operate with strict attention to environmental stewardship—ensuring safe rural roadways, proper drainage, and minimal ecosystem impact.

Integrity Digs

Snow Removal

During the winter months, we offer seasonal snow-removal contracts for residential and commercial properties across Edmonton and the surrounding area. If you prefer not to set up a monthly contract, we also provide à la carte snow removal on an hourly, first-come, first-served basis.
